1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantmind ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with this site, the Quantmind Expert Advisor ("EA"), and the Quantmind customer portal. Quantmind is a product of Quant Intelligence; this policy is specific to Quantmind and is separate from Quant Intelligence's corporate site and from every other Quant Intelligence product's own policies.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact information, your name and email address, provided when you sign up, subscribe, or sign in.
• License & subscription information, details needed to issue and manage your license key and subscription status.
• Trading-account connection data, the MT5 account number(s) you choose to connect, so the EA and backend can identify which accounts are licensed to run Quantmind, and so you can enable or disable algo trading on them yourself from the customer portal. We do not collect or store your broker account password or login credentials, the EA runs inside your own MT5 terminal using your existing broker session.
• Trading activity data, position, order, and account-status information (such as open trades, balance, and equity) that the EA shares with Quantmind's backend so it can analyze the market and manage risk on the positions it opens. This data is used to operate the trading strategy and risk controls, not for any purpose unrelated to your subscription.
• Site & product usage data, standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited.

3. How we use information

• To operate the EA and backend analysis engine for your subscription.
• To connect and manage which trading accounts are licensed to run Quantmind.
• To apply risk-management and trade-protection logic to the positions Quantmind manages on your behalf.
• To administer your subscription and respond to support requests.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal or trading data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to provide the service. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller for your purchase, processes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement. Your card details are held by Paddle and never reach us. We do not share your data with any other Quant Intelligence product; each is operated independently.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site runs no analytics product and no advertising or tracking scripts. What we see is what our hosting provider records in the course of serving pages. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Two Google services are loaded on the pages of this site: Google Translate, which powers the language switcher, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address, browser and device information, and the address of the page you are viewing, and may set its own cookies. If you select a machine-translated language, the page's text is sent to Google to be translated. This is processing carried out by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us. 6. Legal basis for processing

Quantmind relies on your consent as the basis for processing your personal data, including trading-account connection data and trading activity data, consistent with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Where applicable, we may also rely on other legal bases recognized under the law, such as performing a contractual obligation related to your subscription.

7. Data retention

We retain account, license, and trading-activity data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, security, or support purposes.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information Quantmind processes, including trading-account connection data. No connected trading system can be made completely risk-free from a security standpoint, you're responsible for keeping your own MT5 terminal, broker credentials, and customer-portal login secure.

9. Cross-border data transfers

Some data may be processed or stored outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom is subject to the restrictions and safeguards imposed by the Saudi PDPL, and any such transfer will only be made in accordance with those requirements, including, where applicable, obtaining the necessary consents or safeguards.

10. Data breach notification

In the event of a security breach affecting personal data that is likely to result in serious harm to data subjects, Quant Intelligence intends to notify SDAIA within the legally required window, 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and to notify affected individuals where required.

11. Your rights

Under the Saudi PDPL and other applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct it, request its deletion, and request its portability to another party. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at quantmind@quantintelligence.co

12. SDAIA registration

Quant Intelligence intends to register with SDAIA as a data controller, as required under the Saudi PDPL. This section is a statement of intent and does not represent confirmation that registration has been completed or that full compliance certification has been obtained.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy will change as the product develops. It will not change silently.

Material changes. If we begin collecting something new, use information for a new purpose, or send it to a recipient not listed here, we will tell you by email, to the address on your account, before that change takes effect, and the notice will say what has changed. Where the law requires your consent for the new processing, we will ask for it, and we will not rely on your silence.

Minor changes — clearer wording, a corrected detail, a new section that does not change what we do — take effect when published, and the “Last updated” date changes.

We keep every published version. If you want to see the version that applied on a particular date, ask us and we will send it.
